I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year, have had some time out to rest and recuperate and spent some time with loved ones.
We have one more day of rest before it’s back into the swing of things and I know that sometimes the excesses of the festive season can leave us feeling stiff and sluggish. So to help ensure that we are ready for 2012 and all the opportunities, challenges and rewards it will offer, I’ve recorded two New Year video sequences.
